Tricia began her financial services career in banking almost 20 years ago and returned to become a licensed mortgage broker in 2010. Prior to brokering I was a part of the RCMP family for 10 years as a police dispatcher and 911 operator, where she met her husband who is still a serving member.
Her expertise and experience in the mortgage industry allows her to help clients realize their financial goals through homeownership. Her passion is assisting first time home buyers, and supporting RCMP and other First Responders in realizing their dreams of homeownership. Having firsthand knowledge with government relocation she is well versed in the RCMP transfer program and knows ahead of time how to maximize the allowances available to members, and how to navigate every stage of the relocation process.

Liz Paradis – Mortgage Professional
Liz became a licensed mortgage broker in 2017, after spending 7 years doing collections for a telecommunications company. She prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients, and especially enjoys working with first time home buyers, as well as those who have experienced credit issues.
Living in Victoria, Liz spends a lot of time outdoors, and can usually be found exploring hiking trails and beaches with her dog King.
Kari Hawryluk – Mortgage Professional/ Licensed Assistant
Kari’s financial services career started in 2009 where she worked at a bank in Calgary before returning to Vancouver Island to complete her Bachelors of Business Administration. Upon graduation she worked in a busy Financial Planning office until she took a hiatus to follow her passion in fitness.
Clients have trusted her for years to ensure they get the best care for their body, programs that are tailored to their individual needs and is excited to bring that level of care working with the team at McIntosh Mortgages. Being self-employed for years, she turned to a mortgage broker to purchase her first home and was happy with the service and options to have access to other mortgage products not offered by her bank. Sam provide her clients with professional advice for their home financing needs. Her passion is to find financing solutions for all of her clients and to share her knowledge and experience to help people understand the process. Having worked in the investment industry for 4 years prior to being licensed as a mortgage broker, Sam understands the importance of building a balanced portfolio while maximizing savings. She looks to understand a clients’ full financial picture, while providing the best options for their long term plans.
Sam understands how busy life is and therefore, she doesn’t have “business hours”. She wants to make the process fit into the time you have and to be available when you need her. She prides herself on providing ethical and honest advice with a high level of customer service. Debbie – Client Care Specialist
Debbie brings a wide range of past experience to the team with a work history that includes; mortgage officer, records coordinator for the RCMP and Calgary Health Region, executive assistant in Oil & Gas as well as experience in various finance roles.
When not at work, Debbie spends time outdoors enjoying nature, is an avid photographer and loves to bake.
